Can a color be turned into an object?

Simply apply one or more layers of peelable paint onto a plastic sheet and let it dry for a day and a night: it will become a transparent, glossy, and elastic material that can be stuck onto and peeled off of glass and smooth surfaces. It remains intact over time.
